1.2 To fulfil repair and after-sales service for the glasses you ordered and related products;
1.3 To respond to inquiries from customers;
1.4 To provide information on the glasses and related business activities (store opening, new products, events, questionnaires etc.);
1.5 for forming part of customer data base necessary for the operation by Zoff I Singapore;
1.6 To respond to cases where important notification is required for reasons other than the above.

We do not provide personal information about our customers to a third party without consent, except that we entrust business within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use.
Where permitted by applicable local law, we may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties:

However, if you do not provide personal information when requested, you may not be able to benefit from the full range of Zoff I Singapore products and services, and we may not be able to provide you with information about products, services and promotions.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: obtain confirmation that we hold personal information about you, request access to and receive information about the personal information we maintain about you, receive copies of the personal information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, object to the processing of your personal information, and have the information blocked, anonymized or deleted, as appropriate.

5.3 Zoff I Singapore stores personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which the personal information was collected, unless otherwise required or authorized by applicable law. We take measures to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if required by law or if the personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which we collected it.
