Collection in as fast as 30 minutes depends on the following:

1. Customer's prescription (nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism level)
2. Type and functionality of the lenses chosen (ultra-thin or super-ultra-thin lenses, tinted or photochromic lenses, progressive lenses, blue light lenses)
3. In-store lens inventory

Zoff only offers prescription glasses and sunglasses.

For the best results, we recommend temporarily removing your contact lenses before the eye exam. If you wear corrective contact lenses, we suggest discontinuing use 7-10 days prior to the exam.

You have the following options:
- Remove your contact lenses before coming to the store.
- Temporarily remove them in the store’s examination room. A contact lens case will be provided for your convenience.

Yes, after selecting your glasses and registering your personal details, our in-store optician will provide you with a professional eye exam to help you choose the right lenses.

With Zoff's simple pricing, our eyewear with standard lenses starts from $98, $158, and $218. Additionally, a limited selection from the Zoff Premium series (special collab/ Made in Japan) is priced at $258, $328 and $358.

Standard lenses are included at no extra charge. These standard lenses are spherical with a refractive index of 1.55, suitable for specified ranges of myopia (up to approximately -8.00D), hyperopia, and astigmatism (up to approximately 2.00D).

For higher prescriptions, aspheric ultra-thin lenses will be necessary. Additionally, Zoff offers a variety of lens options. Please refer to the price comparison chart for details.

Yes. Customers can purchase glasses without prescription at standard prices. The prices for frames with standard lenses are $98, $158, $218, and $258 (with a few Zoff Premium series priced at $328 and $358).

Zoff offers a variety of frame options and regularly introduces new styles. Customers are welcome to visit the store to choose their preferred styles.

For spherical lenses, the edge images can appear "curved," especially in high myopia lenses where this effect is more pronounced. If you have high myopia and choose spherical lenses, it's advisable to select smaller frames to minimize edge distortion. For lower myopia, the difference is less noticeable.

"Aspheric lenses" are designed with a flatter surface, making them thinner and more aesthetically pleasing. Compared to spherical lenses of the same prescription, aspheric lenses are thinner.

Most sunglasses can be customized with prescription lenses, except for wraparound sunglasses. Customers can choose aspheric ultra-thin lenses and add $50 for coloured lenses (sunglass lenses).

Yes, you may purchase any frame without lenses with an additional fee of $38 for single vision and $$68 for progressive/ digital lens.

We offer a series of ready-made reading glasses with standard prescriptions. Customers can directly purchase a suitable frame and prescription from this series. If the ready-made styles do not meet your needs, you can choose other frames and have custom reading lenses made.

Production time varies depending on the prescription and store inventory. In the best-case scenario, customers can collect their glasses approximately 30 minutes after payment (delivery time may vary based on store traffic). If the lenses are not in stock, they will need to be ordered, which takes about 10-12 days.

Zoff Singapore offer aspheric ultra-thin progressive lenses with a refractive index of 1.60 or higher.

The cost for standard progressive 1.60 index lenses is $78, for 1.67 index lenses is $128, and for 1.74 index lenses is $178. Upgrading to advanced progressive lenses at an additional $170.

All lenses at Zoff Singapore are sourced from Zoff Japan's in-house brand.

We currently offer photochromic lens for 1.55 index and Transitions T8 lens for 1.60 index, 1.67 index and 1.76 index lens.

Zoff’s warranty service requires customers to bring both the product and receipt (warranty card) to the store. Frames come with a 1-year warranty (manufacturing defects) from the date of collection, while lenses typically have a 6-month warranty.

For children under 15, we offer a 1-year lens warranty* for prescription change. For details, please visit our store and consult with our staff.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty, even within the warranty period:
1. Damage caused by misuse or customer negligence
2. Scratches (deformation, cracks, defects, etc.) occurring during use
3. Inability to provide the actual product due to accidents, loss, theft, etc.
4. Absence of the warranty card, making it difficult to verify purchase records and details

^If the customer does not collect the product within one month of the purchase date, the warranty period will start from the same day one month after the purchase date.

*Zoff U-15 Support Program: Zoff understands that children's vision can change significantly, so we provide a 1-year lens warranty for children under 15 to better support their vision development.

It will be best to bring both the product and receipt (warranty card) to the store for warranty.

In case of misplace, warranty will be on case-by-case basis.

All Zoff frames are designed and manufactured by our headquarters in Japan, making them unique products. We apologize, but we are unable to provide repairs for products from other brands.

The branch offers after-sales services such as cleaning glasses, adjusting frames, and replacing screws and nose pads for all Zoff eyewear. Please note that the provision of after-sales services depends on the condition of the product, and there may be cases where repairs are not possible.
