If you wish to adjust your glasses, Zoff provides free adjustment services. Please bring your glasses to the nearest Zoff store. Comfort can often be improved through adjustments.

Repairs can be done for any Zoff product, even if it was not purchased at the store you visit. However, repairability depends on the condition of the product, and there may be cases where we cannot repair it.

Please inquire with store staff beforehand.

Products purchased at Zoff can be cleaned and maintained at any store at any time. Here are the services available:

- Cleaning: Cleaning services are available at any time in-store.
- Screw adjustment: Re-tightening loose screws and replacing old screws.
- Twist adjustment: Correcting twists in nose pads and temple arms, adjusting to the correct supporting position.
- Nose pad replacement: If nose pads discoloured or become dirty due to sweat or makeup, we can replace them for you.

Due to the condition of the product, adjustments or replacements may not be possible. For more details, please inquire with the store staff.
